Changes in the Air

Autumn is in full swing. We had our first hard frost last night and most of the leaves have finished falling to the ground here in Western Pennsylvania. Only the old stubborn oaks are holding out. The last few weeks have seen quite a few changes for me as well.

I’m sure you’ve noticed the lack of blogs that followed quick on the heels of a flurry of activity. Just when I was getting on a roll, I was dropped low by Shingles. Let me tell you right now, if you are over 50 and have not received your vaccination, run, don’t walk, RUN to your nearest medical facility and get that done ASAP! Because of my autoimmune problems I found myself in the hospital for 3 days followed by 7 days of IV infusions at home. Ugh. Needless to say, fun was not had. For a time there I wasn’t sure what was more annoying the itching or the scratching. All is well now.

Of course my big plans to move this blog site to a new server and rebuild from the ground up had to be delayed. My domain is expiring at the end of this month, so I am working fast and furious on building my new site. Hence, no blog posts. Anyhow, the new blog site is set to go live soon.

The new site will have some surprises for you! You will be able to opt into a monthly newsletter, and there might even be a book club…..shhhhhh don’t tell. The long waited for Bridges page dedicated to relationships will actually be up and running and I have some guests lined up to post. Sooooo…be patient my friends….all will be revealed soon.

Live date is set for NOVEMBER 21, 2019 at…………………..
